#130 These are my confessions....

  • If you know me, than you already to this about me. I am a Republican and a Conservative. Now I am not one to tell people this because frankly it is no one's business. I don't tell people because it is something I feel is my private business. That being said, I think I am a fair person; I sit there will listen while others state their opinion and not really say anything. I can look at both sides of the issue.
  • I am tired of people criticizing Tim Tebow for his Christianity. He has a relationship with God and he is open about it. Leave him a lone about it. It drives me crazy.
  • Chick-fil-A: When this issue first came about, honestly couldn't tell you what was going on. The owner of the company was asked his opinion on the issue of marriage equality. People asked his opinion and he gave just that. I am not saying I feel his opinion is right, but he has a right to say how he feels. If you don't like what you hear, don't ask. I do believe with all my hear that everyone should have the right to get married; I pride myself on not being racist and I don't discriminate based on color, sexual preference, gender, or anything else for that matter. I look at people as people first and don't make judgements. Now I have heard that there is a boycott to not eat a Chick-fil-A, but I won't boycott a company for their opinion. If you want me to do that, then maybe I should boycott Jimmy Kimmel or David Letterman for things they have said about Michelle Bauchman (probably not spelled right) and Sarah Palin. Or maybe I should boycott CNN for stating their opinions when they are supposed to be neutral. So no I won't boycott Chick-fil-a but that doesn't necessarily mean that I don't disagree for your reasoning behind that. However, I probably won't be eating at the establishment that day but thats because I am watching what I eat and it is the day before weigh in at Weight Watchers.
  •  NEXT TOPIC PLEASE!!!!
  • I am sure I will a lot of hate from the above statement, but if you have a problem with me saying my opinion, than don't read this. Do what you have to do, but frankly on don't care. If the above statement makes you not want to be my friend, then I we really weren't friends in the first place cause then your really don't know me do you.
  • I bought the last Justin Bieber album and I actually like it.
  • Sometime days, I feel like posting more than one blog post a day, which I may do today.
  • I had PDAs (public displays of affection). I mean I don't mind seeing people hold hands or have little peck here and there, but when you are in a full out make-out session, I don't want to see it. I don't care if you are straight or gay, etc.
  • I view tattoos as art and people with don't really bother me.
  • I really dislike fake people. I am not talking about people who have cosmetic surgery or die their hair. I talking about people who act one way to a person's face but talk about them as soon as they leave the room.
  • I also really dislike rude people. Enough Said
  • I wish I was at home watching hour after hour of the Olympics.
  • On a happier note, I was so excited this morning when I didn't have to suck in my stomach to button my pants. It is surely a great feeling.
  • This week I will be going back to zumba. I have the feeling I will be sore of for the next couple of days.
  • Happy Birthday Harry Potter.
  • Have great day everyone!!!

Good for you girl. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Thanks to our great founding fathers and their land of the free and home of the brave because you have the right to express yourself. I think we are at a point in our society where people say that want expression but if your views don't match theirs they have a problem. That's not how the Bill of Rights works people you live in the U.S.A learn your history.

Be who you sure & stand by what you believe. I know you are not racist or prejudice. I don't like boycotts in general, not just the one mentioned above. In my opinion, boycotts will not change someone's personal opinions, as closed minded & prejudice as they are. I do believe boycotts could have the potential to cause a lot of innocent workers to lose their job. A job that they probably depend on to provide for their family. People are free to boycott what they will. I just hope while boycotting, the innocent workers are thought of too.
