I have decided to make this one Weekly Weigh In and Confessions in one.
- I realized I haven't posted a blog in post in a while, because I have been a little preoccupied with a possible new chapter in my life. I am still not saying what it is so that I won't jinx myself.
- I lost weight again this week. This marks the 5th week that I have lost weight in a row. So my total weight loss this far is 34.8 (That is 2/10ths of a pound from 35.). I hope on don't screw it up to much.
- I actually lost weight in Disney. I guess sticking to the kids menu actually works. It was the correct portion size for me, since I don't really eat much anymore. Plus all of the walking we did was crazy. I had pedometer on; it was saying I earned roughly about 13 activity points a day. We walked an average of 20,000 steps per day which translated in to about 12 miles a day.
- I am finally starting to see a change in my body, especially around my mid-section, which is where I carry most of my weight. I can actually suck my stomach in and make it flat.
- Yesterday was the first day I could actually speak and sound was coming out in the last week or so. Upon return from WDW I got sick. I had a sore throat and a nasty cough.
- I miss Zumba. I haven't been back to Zumba since before WDW.
- I haven't felt like reading a book since the drive to Florida.
- I semi started the No Junk Food Challenge.
- I need to start training for the 5K again.

I need to get back to really tracking my food and activity.
