- My heart goes out to all those victims and their families the "Movie Massacre" shootings. I get choked up every time I read a story or watch something in the news. Especially reading the stories of the people who perished in the shooting. When something like this happens, the media goes into overload; they start talking about gun control. I refuse to say the "accused's" name. However I can help but wonder, why aren't they discussing the mental health issue? Something in this young man's life cause him to snap. You can try to control guns, but somewhere someone will find a way to get them no matter what. People, we need to start talking about mental health not gun control.
- I never in my wideness dreams that something like the movie shootings would personally affect me in any way. However I recently found out the one of the 12 victims who lost their lives was a personal friend of one of my cousins (you know who you are). This cousin and I have grown close over the past few years; I don't know about them, but I can't get over how much a like we are. Anyway, my heart goes out to that person and the family. From what I have heard of the guy who passed, he was a vibrant and kind person. He was the type of person anyone would want to have in their lives. He died a hero by jumping in front of a bullet meant for his girlfriend. That man's name is Alex Teves. Of course, all of those who perished had full lives a head of them. All were vibrant and kind and awesome. After learning about those who died, I can't help by as why?
- Ok...now that we have gotten that sadness out of the way. I started the No Junk Food Challenge again. However, I kind of already "cheated." (I tasted my dad's chips at lunch.)

- For some odd reason, I can't seem to stay away from Diet Coke. I have cut down a lot but haven't given them up all together. Maybe I can just drink more water to even it out. (LOL)
- MEN: WHAT I AM ABOUT TO WRITE ABOUT DON'T READ IF YOU GET GROSSED OUT EASILY.
- Ladies, you may give me some advice on this. Why is it that when I am on my special time of the month do I want to eat everything and anything I see especially chocolate? If anyone knows of anything that could help me, please message me privately on Facebook.
- Also, it seems like when I eat healthier and I am following WW strictly that I have problems going to the bathroom (if you know what I mean). Could some tell me privately again what they do to change this problem?
- MEN: I AM DONE WITH THE GROSS STUFF, YOU CAN CONTINUE READING.
- Yes, I am letting my hair grow nice and long again. I am giving it again to Locks of Love. It will be the second time I do it, but it will take forever to grow my hair. The following information is from the Locks of Love website.
- GUIDELINES FOR ACCEPTABLE DONATIONS
- Hair that is colored or permed is acceptable.
- Hair cut years ago is usable if it has been stored in a ponytail or braid.
- Hair that has been bleached (usually this refers to highlighted hair) is not usable. If unsure, ask your stylist. We are not able to accept bleached hair due to a chemical reaction that occurs during the manufacturing process. **If the hair was bleached years ago and has completely grown out it is fine to donate.
- Hair that is swept off of the floor is not usable because it is not bundled in a ponytail or braid.
- Hair that is shaved off and not in a ponytail or braid is not usable. If shaving your head, first divide hair into multiple ponytails to cut off.
- We cannot accept dreadlocks. Our manufacturer is not able to use them in our children’s hairpieces. We also cannot accept wigs, falls, hair extensions or synthetic hair.
- Layered hair is acceptable if the longest layer is 10 inches.
- Layered hair may be divided into multiple ponytails.
- Curly hair may be pulled straight to measure the minimum 10 inches.
- 10 inches measured tip to tip is the minimum length needed for a hairpiece.
- Printable Guidelines (PDF)Please Note:
- Shorter hair will be separated from the ponytails and sold to offset the manufacturing costs. Although the shorter hair cannot be used in the hairpieces, it still greatly helps to reduce costs.
- Gray hair will be accepted and sold to offset the manufacturing costs.
- Colored hair is not usable if it is colored over bleached hair.
- Because Locks of Love creates custom hairpieces for each child, we are unable to accept donations of wigs, falls, hair extensions or synthetic hair.
- I finished another amazing book, The Eternal Ones by Kirsten Miller. It was so good. I must be a sucker for love stories and the supernatural. I am looking forward to the sequel.
- Sorry this is so long guys. Looking forward to your feedback on advice.

My family I am one of my most random people they know and I actually pride myself in that. I love life & live it to the fullest. I am a reader/writer, sister, daughter, friend, & so much more. If I can help one person in life, then I have done the job that I was meant to do.
