Well I thought I would be posting something great today, but I gained a slight amount this week (Point 2 to be exact). But instead of crying about it, I going to do something about it. I am going to turn over a new leaf starting tonight.
I pledge to myself that I will start exercising tonight. I am going to put in my Zumba Wii game and do it. This week I know what I did wrong, and I need to change it. I am the only person you do something about my weight. At the beginning of the year, I vowed to make sure that I would lose the rest of the weight I needed to lose and be done with it.
Last night's meeting was about Fiber.
Did you know that women are supposed to have 25 grams of fiber per day? I, of course, didn't know about it. I guess I am going to have to up the fiber in my day.
What am I going to do to change what I am doing?
Track everything down
Exercise
Drink more water
Eat more fiber
