#68 Weekly Weigh-In

It's Friday; that means it is Weekly Weigh-In.  Before I get into the details of last night's weigh in, I have a question. How come it is so much easier to put weight on then it is to take it off?


Yesterday I was so nervous to "face the scale." But to amazement, I lost weight; .8 (point 8) to be exact. That is almost an entire pound. This means I am back headed in the right direction. I am back to a total of 28.4 pounds. I am so excited to be headed in the right direction.


The meeting last night was a great one even-though my normal leader wasn't there. It was about EXERCISE; something I really need to get back to; something that is a goal of mine to work towards. I need to get myself back in shape, which is evident by the fact that today my muscles are very sore from dancing last night. Exercise is a major part of any type of weight loss journey. I really need to get back to my Zumba; I guess it is time to pull out the Wii again and start doing something. I keep making so many excuses for myself; (i am too tired, lazy, or just don't feel like it; there is also, I am too busy). In the words of Nike, "Just Do it," needs to be put into vocabulary and "can't" needs to be taken out.


I can't wait to able to add another photo to the above photo, but I can't do that till 40 pounds lost. I need to get my butt in gear and "JUST DO IT."
