#74 Face the Scale/Zumba

It is that day in the week where I must "face the scale." It also means I will be nervous all day. This week I did somethings differently. I actually did 2 more days of exercise outside of my adult hip hop/jazz class. I returned to Zumba. Although, today I am a little bit on the tired side, I feel great. I feel like I have accomplished something.

Zumba

1. a Latin-inspired fitness program
2. involves dance and aerobic elements
3. incorporates hip-hop, so ca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial      arts & some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included.

ORIGIN 1986 Columbia
Founded by Alberto "Beto" Perez (dancer/choreographer)

Above the the definition on the Internet.

For me, Zumba is a fun way to exercise. That's was people often say, "Welcome to the Party!" Classes are usually 1 hour long and you could possibly burn up to 1000 calories per session.

Well I keeping my fingers crossed for tonight.
