#70 Face the Scale

It is that time in the week I dread. Tonight is my Weight Watchers meeting, which means I will have to face the scale. I have been tracking everyday. (You guys DON'T  know how HARD it is for me to TRACK) However, I have taken the time out everyday after every meal to write down every thing that has touched my lips. I have come to the conclusion that without tracking what you taking into your body, no "diet" plan will work. Tracking will be a lifetime change for me.

I have also come to the conclusion that I will have to always watch what I eat and exercise. That is mainly because my metabolism is so slow. I am one of those people that looks at a piece of cake and gains a pound.

I try to be active, but I seem to always have some kind of excuse. Weather I use I am too tired or I would rather read my book, they are still excuses. It the words of Nike, I need to Just Do IT. 


So last night, I did just that and earned some activity points. Here is what I did:

Activity Points Earned; Total = 4

Zumba (dancing) for 20 minutes= 2 activity points
Boxing (Wii Fit) for 10 minutes = 1 activity point
Jogging in place (Wii Fit) for 20 minutes = 1 activity point

Lets just hope I can keep this up!
