Yesterday I posted I was nervous about weigh in, which I guess is to be expected. Anyway, I had a small gain; it was .2 (point 2), which I was so glad that it wasn't more. Especially since I ate like a crazy person last weekend. Now it is a new week and I have to move on.
So I need to ask myself a couple of questions to get ready for the weekend/week. These questions are the questions I ask myself every week:
- Do I have any obstacles over the next week, which includes the weekend, that I need to save my weekly points plus?
- How much activity can I add to my week?
- What do I need to do to reach my goals?
There are more but my mind has gone blank trying to remember them. Below is a list of things I need to do to be successful this next week:
Track everything: food consumption and activity.
Add more activity to my week.
Eat less fast food.
Drink less DC (diet coke)
Eat more fruits and veggies
So I just have to do better this week. I have to get the ball on the roll with this weight loss thing. In the summer, I will be celebrating my 10 year high school reunion. I think now I have a goal to work with to actually finish this weight loss business. It seems I do better when I have some sort of occasion coming up.
So I finished Twilight. I had forgotten how great this book is. I have already started New Moon. I had been Team Jacob for sometime now, but I think to be more accurate I am Team Taylor. Now that I really think about it. I am Team Twilight. I mean I am a combo of Team Edward, Team Jacob, & Team Emmett. By re-reading this book, I was re-introduced to the Cullens and Edward. Edward Cullen is an amazing creature. When I read books, I seem to always develop literary crushes. This series is no different. Edward Cullen is fast becoming one of them. I hope one day that whoever I end up with loves me as much as Edward loves Bella. Also, previously I had never been attracted to Rob Pattinson, but with the cheating scandal he has been facing recently, he is becoming more attractive. I don't know if it because of that or something else. It seems that in interviews he is getting more comfortable. Oh and I love the scruffiness he has been having and all that blue he has been wearing. Yummy!!!
Well have a great weekend everyone.
