As I sit here with my morning McCafe' from McDonlad's, it is just 2 points plus values (small regular latte made with non-fat milk), I am trying to think about what I will confess. I can honestly tell you that I don't know what to talk about. So these confessions may be a little like a free-writing experiment.
- It seems like the Aniston vs. Jolie Saga has popped its ugly head again. I can't understand why the media are portraying it the way they are. Okay it may be a little bit fishy that Aniston got engaged at the same time Brangelina is planning their wedding. Who cares? Why don't we all leave these to couples alone and let them live their lives? Why don't we congratulate them? Congrats to Aniston on her recent engagement. I want to wish her the very best.
- Who needs Insanity when you have Zumba? I know everyone has seen the infomercials about he Insanity exercise program. I just want to put it out there; I am not knocking it in any way. Watching the informercial you see and her them constantly saying you will finish in pool of your own sweat. I did just that last night at Zumba. At the end of the hour of zumba, my hair looked like I had just washed my hair. I felt both gross and accomplished at the same time.
- Word to the wise...Don't wear at light colored shirt while exercising if you sweat like I do. It shows all over the shirt.
- I have been trying to read The Kite Runner. This book has been sitting on my book shelf for a while now, but I felt that I finally needed to read it. However, I have found that this book is a hard read. I don't mean that it is a hard read based on the way it is written. It is hard to fathom that subject matter. It has made me realize how lucky I am to be born an American and live with the freedoms I have. So when I finished this book I will definitely do a blog post about this book.
- Dr. Lindsay Lasseigne--My sisters as you know, if you have know me or have read any of my blog, is in med school. Right now she is finishing up her last days of OB/GYN rotation in Lafayette. Yesterday she had a great day. She delivered two babies into the world; she also assisted in a C-section. I couldn't be a more proud sister. I love that girl to death.
- Happy Tuesday Everyone...Enjoy your day.
