Yes it is Monday, the start of a new week. This is a good thing, right?
Last night was the Closing Ceremonies of the Olympics. I am saddened because what will I watch now? Plus I will lose all that eye candy. (Swimmers, water polo players, divers, plus seeing Prince Harry all over, etc.) I am sure I will find something. And I have new crush in Olympians in Nathan Adrian. (look him up if you must)
On the way to work this morning, like every morning we listen to 870am. This morning Tommy Tucker posed a question, which Olympics sport's body would you like to have? After some thought, I think I would want a swimmer's body. Granted I have gotten over the height issue cause Lord knows I won't grow anymore. Swimmer's bodies for the most part in women, are lean and muscular. They don't have the bulkiness. I guess I can work towards that right? lol
On Thursday, when I got the bad news that I gained weight, it was the motivation I needed to get my, pardon my language, ass in gear. As I posted on Saturday, I actually earned some activity points from walking/running on the treadmill. I only did 30 minutes which earned me 2 activity points. It is a start right?
I will continue my activity earning tonight by returning to Zumba, and I couldn't be more excited.
