#65 Weekly Weigh-In

It is the time in the week again, where I discuss last night's weigh-in. If you notice that last week, I didn't have a post. That's because I skipped the meeting because the night before we had a family night out to see the Cirque Di Soilei show Michael Jackson. (Awesome by the way)

Anyway, I gained about 3 pounds over the past  2 weeks. I actually  thought that it would be much worse than in was.  Now that Mardi Gras is over, I can get back on track. (tracking, exercising, drinking more water, eating healthier, etc.) 


Lets just hope that I can finally get pass the 35 pound lost mark. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
Lent
It is day 3 of Lent. In a previous post, I said I gave up soda and fast food. Also, I am limiting my peanut butter (PB) intake as well as cutting down on the sweets. (if you know me, you know that PB is one of my favorite foods and I have a bit of a sweet tooth. Desert is the best part of the meal.  So far, so good.  I haven't had a single soda or fast food. I haven't even had a single bite of PB. GO ME!!!!!!
