This weeks meeting couldn't be more perfect. It was about Tracking. I have to continually hard for me to track. I don't know why; it just is. However, I have been working hard in trying to track after every meal. I have gone as far set an alarm on my phone to remind me to track. For the day, I have 3 separate alarms; one after each meal. With the alarm, I write a little message, "Track: it will help me reach my goal", or, "Tracking helps me achieve my ultimate goal." Honestly, this really helps me a great deal. It is my way to make myself track.
Obstacles of the Week
Mardi Gras starts this weekend. The first parades are tonight, so I will be eating a very light lunch. I will have to take one parade at a time. My goal is not to go crazy with my food intake. Keeping my fingers crossed. I don't want to say that I won't eat what I want, but I have come to realize somethings aren't worth eating. For example, I don't think King Cake is worth it. It will have to be a darn good king cake.
Goals of the Week
- Eat more veggies
- Drink more water and less Diet Coke (I will only drink them on the weekend.)
- Exercise More
- Track
- Clean my house.
