#55 Goals for the Week

It is another Monday which means the start of another week.  For me, this means more goals for the week.  Last week, I didn't accomplish many of the goals that I had hoped. So I will set forth some more goals that I hope to accomplish this week. With last weeks loss of 4.6 pounds, I can't expect to loose that much this week or to lose any. I just hope I don't gain any. I could even hope just to maintain. I believe the only thing on my goal list I accomplished was to track everyday.

Goals for the Week

Track every little thing that goes into my mouth. 
 Exercise more than once a week. 
Eat more veggies and fruits. 
 Drink more water and less Diet Coke.
Organize my closet and hang up folded clothes.
Finish reading the book that I am ready.
