Yes, that's right, I am regularly going to the gym. If you would have asked me if I would every say, "I regularly go to the gym," I would have looked at you like you were crazy and but how have times changed.
My New Year's Resolution was to try to do as many 5K's as I could. I didn't start till February.

I guess all in all life is good. I am still stuck between 30 and 40 pounds lost. I know what's my problem. I just need to get serious and follow plan. (TRACK, TRACK, TRACK)
With all the workouts, I am noticing a change in my shape, finally. LOL The only thing that could be better if it that lousy number on the scale would go down.
I have been reading a lot and moving back into the parents house in small studio called "the Condo."
Recently I have been making in my own....Promise...photos soon.
